How it started

Acendia started as a team of two, facilitating private deals within a tight-knit network of family offices and principals across North America and Southeast Asia. Our role emerged organically as clients relied on us to exit underperforming assets, connecting them with secondary buyers. These transactions revealed a recurring truth: the most meaningful deals often happen outside traditional channels.
